Following 14 successful years owning and running Fleur tea rooms in my home town, I decided to take Fleur in a new direction to fulfill my passion for food. From cakes,scones, desserts and afternoon teas to buffets, family suppers and dinner parties, Fleur at Home offers a bespoke catering service.
As well as my own signature dishes, I find inspiration from many cooks, bakers and chefs. I've been very fortunate to have met one of my food heros, Mary Berry, when she visited my tea rooms during the local food and drink festival. I was delighted to get her autograph and a photo with her but absolutely thrilled when she delcared my lemon drizzle (her recipe) to be "Near perfect".
